”Pretty(ugly)” was born in the frames of a mandatory school project in 2024. The idea came from a line of poetry written by Grete herself: ”because everybody’s pretty with the lights off”.

There were a total of 48 artworks made for the exhibition, from which 29 were selected. They were up for about two weeks.

Overall, Grete considered the exhibition a success, however there were difficulties as well. The progression of work was good, everything got done timely. On the other hand, the titling of the artworks was very last-minute.

A new exhibition is definitely being looked forward to and will hopefully take place in the near future.
